Lisa Michelin is a Wellness Coach and Meditation Instructor with over 25 years of yoga experience and 10 years as a certified yoga instructor. My unique style of yoga includes Forrest Yoga, Kemetic (Egyptian) Yoga and Yogafit training systems. I believe the body carries an imprint of all our experiences, which contributes to most health conditions. These conditions and their emotional expressions can be released through breath work and movement of the body.
As a plant-based enthusiast, I have devoted my life to a holistic approach to wellness - mind, body, and spirit. My love for live/raw foods, I created DivineLi Sea Moss for the purpose of transforming the body and creating overall wellbeing through the healing properties of sea moss, a nutritional supplement made from seaweed.
